Rainbow Scale Hungarian Shield

Handmade Hungarian Shield for HEMA / Re-enactment / LARP.
Shield is based on the image of "Messer and Hungarian Shield" from the Gladatoria Manuscript.

- Shield base is made of 3 layers of Plywood with Linen fabric glued between and around for maximum strength.
- Leather straps & metal grip are attached with bolts and rivnuts to allow for easy replacement or modification.
- Scales are made of 2mm leather, Edge is sewn 3mm leather covering a 10mm Jute Rope to protect the edges of the shield.
- Dimensions: ~27x59cm, ~1.5cm Thick, ~1.4-1.8kg (This is a handmade product so there will be some variance from shield to shield)
